turnaround is 1 week to 6 months, depending on where you are on the list (refer to the commission tracker when you can).

I do not do deadlines (e.g, for birthday or anniversary gift).

While I try to respect the referenced images, I'd also like to be given some artistic freedom, if you want a complete control of how your characters should look, I'm not the artist for you.

I reserve the right to decline a commission.

I reserve the right to display the finished commission.

Communication will be done through emails ONLY.

Payment is done through Paypal through an invoice.

On a special case, payment can be done through an exchange of objects of the same monetary value that has been discussed beforehand.

Commission must be paid in full in advance.

Commissions are not refundable on commissioners behalf during the timeframe of the start of the commission until the furthest completion date, meaning in 6 months.

Commissions are only refundable if I, the artist, have stated that I can't deliver the finished work regardless of the progress of the commission, meaning even when I have started on the commission and there has been substantial progress to be made, you will still get the full refund.

In case of the artist is unable to communicate with the commissioners after 6 months, the commission will be automatically elligible for a full refund.

Commissions are not refundable on the basis of subjective preferences or perceived quality or likeness of the characters on the finished work.

I retain the rights of the commissions

you may use the completed commission for non-commercial purpose.

You may NOT use the finished work for commercial purpose, this includes but not limited to selling the work, using the work as part of the promotion of your commercial works, displaying the work in your monetized site, etc.

After you read the terms and conditions, you can fill the commission form located on T&S.

You will get the email from me, containing the invoice, I will only reply to accepted commissions.

I will not reply to the declined commissions.

You can ask more questions before paying.

After I get the payment, I will tell you when I have started and I will send you the initial progress.

I cannot send the WIP process after that because I usually finish in one sitting, exception is when I stop working in it, in this case I'll send you the last stage.

You can ask for minor revisions like color edit, adding missing item such as earrings, tattoo, however you cannot ask me for such a revision that will require me to redraw parts of the commission. If you insist, talk to me, if I agree to do the revision there would be an extra charge.

If there's no revision or the revision has been made, the commission is officially complete.
